Narrative:

During climb between clt and the haray transition at 11000 ft we experienced a right bleed duct warning message. The PF leveled off; requested QRH for this procedure and informed ATC of our situation. After a power reduction and a descent to 10000 ft the cas message turned to an amber caution message right bleed duct. We ran the QRH and performed the required items. However; we were unable to get the pressurization and aircraft to work using single pack procedures as instructed per the QRH. At this point we requested priority handling with vectors back to clt due to the loss of aircraft pressurization and the rapid increase in cabin temperature (41 degrees C). No emergency was declared; landing was normal with no injuries. We descended to 10000 ft; ran the QRH and elected to return to clt.
