Narrative:
Called clearance delivery on 118.625 -- told runway 17. Taxied to runway 17; monitoring 120.3 CTAF heard no calls. Assumed all was clear. Made call for takeoff runway 17. Saw king air B100 coming from right and passing underneath (approximately 100 ft) at runway intersection. Proceeded with flight. I did not know I was on wrong frequency; because my AFD was old; and frequency had changed.
