Narrative:

Upon arrival in ZZZ we were cleared by approach for the ILS runway X. The WX was showing 1 3/4 mi and overcast 500 ft with fog. We would have been able to make it in. Inside the FAF; all of a sudden a voice came over the CTAF stating that they were airport operations and also that the GS for ILS runway X was inoperative. This was; however; never published on any NOTAMS. Even approach was unaware of this; otherwise they wouldn't have cleared us for the approach. So we decided to fly the published missed approach and contacted approach again. We were given vectors for the localizer runway Y; now approach advised us that the GS for runway Y was also inoperative. We set up and briefed for the localizer runway Y approach and also briefed for an alternate in case we had to go missed again. When we were approaching minimums; I went on the CTAF to make a position report and when I looked back up; the PF was below localizer minimums. I mentioned this to the PF and we took immediate action and executed the published missed. We never saw the field on either one of the approachs so we opted to go to our alternate. The rest of the flight was uneventful. This incident occurred at XA40 am and by this time we were already at 13+ hours of duty. The chain of events started with the first missed approach and resulted in a miscom during the briefing.

Title: A CE560XL EXECUTED A MISSED APCH AFTER CTAF OPS ADVISED THE ILS WAS OTS. DURING APCH TO AN ALTERNATE RWY THE LOC WAS INOP. THE FLT DIVERTED TO THE ALTERNATE ARPT.

Narrative: UPON ARR IN ZZZ WE WERE CLRED BY APCH FOR THE ILS RWY X. THE WX WAS SHOWING 1 3/4 MI AND OVCST 500 FT WITH FOG. WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT IN. INSIDE THE FAF; ALL OF A SUDDEN A VOICE CAME OVER THE CTAF STATING THAT THEY WERE ARPT OPS AND ALSO THAT THE GS FOR ILS RWY X WAS INOP. THIS WAS; HOWEVER; NEVER PUBLISHED ON ANY NOTAMS. EVEN APCH WAS UNAWARE OF THIS; OTHERWISE THEY WOULDN'T HAVE CLRED US FOR THE APCH. SO WE DECIDED TO FLY THE PUBLISHED MISSED APCH AND CONTACTED APCH AGAIN. WE WERE GIVEN VECTORS FOR THE LOC RWY Y; NOW APCH ADVISED US THAT THE GS FOR RWY Y WAS ALSO INOP. WE SET UP AND BRIEFED FOR THE LOC RWY Y APCH AND ALSO BRIEFED FOR AN ALTERNATE IN CASE WE HAD TO GO MISSED AGAIN. WHEN WE WERE APCHING MINIMUMS; I WENT ON THE CTAF TO MAKE A POS RPT AND WHEN I LOOKED BACK UP; THE PF WAS BELOW LOC MINIMUMS. I MENTIONED THIS TO THE PF AND WE TOOK IMMEDIATE ACTION AND EXECUTED THE PUBLISHED MISSED. WE NEVER SAW THE FIELD ON EITHER ONE OF THE APCHS SO WE OPTED TO GO TO OUR ALTERNATE. THE REST OF THE FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL. THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED AT XA40 AM AND BY THIS TIME WE WERE ALREADY AT 13+ HRS OF DUTY. THE CHAIN OF EVENTS STARTED WITH THE FIRST MISSED APCH AND RESULTED IN A MISCOM DURING THE BRIEFING.
