Narrative:
While en route to cmh; between choot and yoggi intxns; ZOB issued a directive to proceed direct (approximately 180 degree heading) gunne intersection and cross 15 mi northwest at 10000 ft. After the handoff to cmh approach; we were issued turn to heading 195 degrees; descend to 4000 ft for vectors runway 10R. We had anticipated and briefed for runway 10L so I began to set up for runway 10R. As we began to brief for runway 10R; the controller asked for our heading; now 105 degrees; and informed us of the error. We immediately turned to heading 195 degrees. A contributing factor to this error was the initial setup for runway 10L and the subsequent assignment and FMS setup for runway 10R resulting in the inattn on my part as the pilot monitoring to the heading change. To prevent a future occurrence; a heads-up manner will need to prevail during altitude and heading directives; regardless of crew experience.

Title: AN ACR CREW REPORTS A HDG DEV ENROUTE TO CMH AFTER A BRIEFING FOR APCH TO RWY 10L BUT CHANGED TO RWY 10R. FMS SETUP WAS A CONTRIBUTING DISTRACTION.
Narrative: WHILE ENRTE TO CMH; BTWN CHOOT AND YOGGI INTXNS; ZOB ISSUED A DIRECTIVE TO PROCEED DIRECT (APPROX 180 DEG HDG) GUNNE INTXN AND CROSS 15 MI NW AT 10000 FT. AFTER THE HDOF TO CMH APCH; WE WERE ISSUED TURN TO HDG 195 DEGS; DSND TO 4000 FT FOR VECTORS RWY 10R. WE HAD ANTICIPATED AND BRIEFED FOR RWY 10L SO I BEGAN TO SET UP FOR RWY 10R. AS WE BEGAN TO BRIEF FOR RWY 10R; THE CTLR ASKED FOR OUR HDG; NOW 105 DEGS; AND INFORMED US OF THE ERROR. WE IMMEDIATELY TURNED TO HDG 195 DEGS. A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TO THIS ERROR WAS THE INITIAL SETUP FOR RWY 10L AND THE SUBSEQUENT ASSIGNMENT AND FMS SETUP FOR RWY 10R RESULTING IN THE INATTN ON MY PART AS THE PLT MONITORING TO THE HDG CHANGE. TO PREVENT A FUTURE OCCURRENCE; A HEADS-UP MANNER WILL NEED TO PREVAIL DURING ALT AND HDG DIRECTIVES; REGARDLESS OF CREW EXPERIENCE.
