Narrative:
We were taxiing after landing; the airplane came to a stop; and the emergency lights were blinking (at least 4 times). When the seatbelt sign came off I got up from my jumpseat and saw the jetbridge. I made the announcement flight attendants disarm doors for arrival. Before I could disarm my door the customer service agent had begun to open it. She did not knock 3 times and I had not cracked the door. The door opened slightly and I said to the customer service representative; 'wait; wait; wait.' I removed the girt bar from the brackets. The slide pack was now sitting on the floor undeployed in front of door 1L. I quickly disarmed 1R and knocked on the cockpit door to let the flight deck know what was going on. First officer came out to take a look at the undeployed slide. Captain and first officer finish shutting down the engines. Captain then comes out of the cockpit and tells the customer service agent to close the door completely. Door 1L is then closed. The customer service representative begins to pull the jetway back from the airplane. Shortly after the jetway is pulled back the slide pack then deploys into the first class galley. Captain and I jump out of the way. The slide was removed from the airplane and brought out to the jetway. Supplemental information from acn 754469: I was flight attendant #2 on a B737. We landed and taxied in to the gate. The power cycled on and off a couple of times (4-5) and the exit lights were on and off as well. We were stopped at the gate waiting for the cockpit to turn the fasten seatbelt sign off. It took longer than I was used to it going off and immediately after it went off the purser announced to disarm doors for arrival. My door 2L was disarmed and cracked. I went to the front of the plane and saw that door 1L slide was deployed. Supplemental information from acn 754480: I was #3 flight attendant sitting at door 2L inboard. We landed and taxied for a while then stopped. During taxi and also after we had stopped; the interior emergency lights blinked on and off a few times. We remained stopped for 4-5 mins with the seatbelt sign still on. We did not know if we were at the gate or still on the tarmac. The seatbelt sign then turned off and purser immediately said 'flight attendants disarm doors for arrival.' we then disarmed our doors. Flight attendant XXX and I were not aware of the situation with the slide in the front of the aircraft. The slide had blown inside the aircraft after the agent tried to open the door without it being cracked and without knocking. After deplaning the passenger; purser was immediately discussing the incident with the ground personnel and pilots.

Title: 3 B737 FLT ATTENDANTS RPT ON AN INADVERTENT SLIDE DEPLOYMENT AT GATE ARR.
Narrative: WE WERE TAXIING AFTER LNDG; THE AIRPLANE CAME TO A STOP; AND THE EMER LIGHTS WERE BLINKING (AT LEAST 4 TIMES). WHEN THE SEATBELT SIGN CAME OFF I GOT UP FROM MY JUMPSEAT AND SAW THE JETBRIDGE. I MADE THE ANNOUNCEMENT FLT ATTENDANTS DISARM DOORS FOR ARR. BEFORE I COULD DISARM MY DOOR THE CUSTOMER SVC AGENT HAD BEGUN TO OPEN IT. SHE DID NOT KNOCK 3 TIMES AND I HAD NOT CRACKED THE DOOR. THE DOOR OPENED SLIGHTLY AND I SAID TO THE CUSTOMER SVC REPRESENTATIVE; 'WAIT; WAIT; WAIT.' I REMOVED THE GIRT BAR FROM THE BRACKETS. THE SLIDE PACK WAS NOW SITTING ON THE FLOOR UNDEPLOYED IN FRONT OF DOOR 1L. I QUICKLY DISARMED 1R AND KNOCKED ON THE COCKPIT DOOR TO LET THE FLT DECK KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. FO CAME OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE UNDEPLOYED SLIDE. CAPT AND FO FINISH SHUTTING DOWN THE ENGS. CAPT THEN COMES OUT OF THE COCKPIT AND TELLS THE CUSTOMER SVC AGENT TO CLOSE THE DOOR COMPLETELY. DOOR 1L IS THEN CLOSED. THE CUSTOMER SVC REPRESENTATIVE BEGINS TO PULL THE JETWAY BACK FROM THE AIRPLANE. SHORTLY AFTER THE JETWAY IS PULLED BACK THE SLIDE PACK THEN DEPLOYS INTO THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY. CAPT AND I JUMP OUT OF THE WAY. THE SLIDE WAS REMOVED FROM THE AIRPLANE AND BROUGHT OUT TO THE JETWAY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 754469: I WAS FLT ATTENDANT #2 ON A B737. WE LANDED AND TAXIED IN TO THE GATE. THE PWR CYCLED ON AND OFF A COUPLE OF TIMES (4-5) AND THE EXIT LIGHTS WERE ON AND OFF AS WELL. WE WERE STOPPED AT THE GATE WAITING FOR THE COCKPIT TO TURN THE FASTEN SEATBELT SIGN OFF. IT TOOK LONGER THAN I WAS USED TO IT GOING OFF AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT WENT OFF THE PURSER ANNOUNCED TO DISARM DOORS FOR ARR. MY DOOR 2L WAS DISARMED AND CRACKED. I WENT TO THE FRONT OF THE PLANE AND SAW THAT DOOR 1L SLIDE WAS DEPLOYED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 754480: I WAS #3 FLT ATTENDANT SITTING AT DOOR 2L INBOARD. WE LANDED AND TAXIED FOR A WHILE THEN STOPPED. DURING TAXI AND ALSO AFTER WE HAD STOPPED; THE INTERIOR EMER LIGHTS BLINKED ON AND OFF A FEW TIMES. WE REMAINED STOPPED FOR 4-5 MINS WITH THE SEATBELT SIGN STILL ON. WE DID NOT KNOW IF WE WERE AT THE GATE OR STILL ON THE TARMAC. THE SEATBELT SIGN THEN TURNED OFF AND PURSER IMMEDIATELY SAID 'FLT ATTENDANTS DISARM DOORS FOR ARR.' WE THEN DISARMED OUR DOORS. FLT ATTENDANT XXX AND I WERE NOT AWARE OF THE SITUATION WITH THE SLIDE IN THE FRONT OF THE ACFT. THE SLIDE HAD BLOWN INSIDE THE ACFT AFTER THE AGENT TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR WITHOUT IT BEING CRACKED AND WITHOUT KNOCKING. AFTER DEPLANING THE PAX; PURSER WAS IMMEDIATELY DISCUSSING THE INCIDENT WITH THE GND PERSONNEL AND PLTS.
