Narrative:
On climb out after aircraft cleanup; received EICAS status message 'flap/slat elect.' verified that both flaps and slats indicated full up; and ensured that the flap handle was fully engaged within the up detent. No other abnormal indications were noted. After leveloff; contacted B767 technical services by phone patch; and coordinated maintenance at destination. No problems during aircraft confign for landing. During aircraft cleanup after landing rollout; the first officer noted unusual resistance during movement of the flap handle near the full up position. We elected to not force the handle; and left it slightly short of the up detent until maintenance took a look at it. Mechanic agreed that the handle was hanging-up slightly prior to the full up position and had to be pushed down into the up detent in order to fully seat; which was odd. Performed postflt walkaround inspection; found nothing unusual and aircraft was turned over to maintenance.
