Narrative:
Air carrier X checked onto wrong frequency; chart is incorrect for miami center over ursus bordo & tania shows 135.22 (should be 126.22). Havana gave aircraft correct frequency but as required aircraft cannot check on 10 minutes prior to boundary and call miami center on 134.8 or 127.22 sectors 59 & 60. Aircraft are blocking sector 59 or 60's frequency trying to comply with early check in; new frequency 126.32 is too weak to hear aircraft south of miami center and havana center's common fir boundary. Relocate radios to bimini or add a directional antenna to increase coverage area.
