Narrative:
In cruise at FL360 heard loud pop and noticed first officer eyebrow window (R4) had several cracks throughout window on middle pane. Accomplished irregular procedure for window (cockpit) damage and diverted into ZZZ without further incident. 1 day prior to this I experienced a similar crack on inner pane of captain's sliding window (L2). Appropriate checklist procedures were followed and maintenance notified. Is there some defect in our cockpit windows that should be examined or addressed?
