Narrative:
During phase of preparation for takeoff from cle; we planned to depart runway 24R; via the oberln RNAV SID. At last min; tower changed our runway to runway 24C; which we loaded into FMS. On departure; they cleared us direct brunz; which we did; then later vectored us onto headings for traffic saturation. We then were given a heading. We as a crew noticed a discontinuity in the flight plan due to the fact that the oberln SID is runway dependent; and not applicable to a runway 24C departure. We reloaded the SID; with further downstream waypoints along the flight plan; and afterwards proceeded to ZZZ. ATC at one point did ask us if we were aware as to why we were assigned various headings to fly. We responded; traffic; as that was what was indicated to us by a previous controller prior to a handoff. Confirming any runway changes last min that; being runway dependent; might not contain a filed and cleared SID from a changed runway.

Title: AN ACR CREW RECEIVED A LAST MINUTE TKOF CHANGE TO CLE RWY 24C BUT THE CREW FLEW THE OBERLN SID APPLICABLE TO RWY 24R; THEIR ORIGINAL DEPARTURE RWY.
Narrative: DURING PHASE OF PREPARATION FOR TKOF FROM CLE; WE PLANNED TO DEPART RWY 24R; VIA THE OBERLN RNAV SID. AT LAST MIN; TWR CHANGED OUR RWY TO RWY 24C; WHICH WE LOADED INTO FMS. ON DEP; THEY CLRED US DIRECT BRUNZ; WHICH WE DID; THEN LATER VECTORED US ONTO HDGS FOR TFC SATURATION. WE THEN WERE GIVEN A HDG. WE AS A CREW NOTICED A DISCONTINUITY IN THE FLT PLAN DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE OBERLN SID IS RWY DEPENDENT; AND NOT APPLICABLE TO A RWY 24C DEP. WE RELOADED THE SID; WITH FURTHER DOWNSTREAM WAYPOINTS ALONG THE FLT PLAN; AND AFTERWARDS PROCEEDED TO ZZZ. ATC AT ONE POINT DID ASK US IF WE WERE AWARE AS TO WHY WE WERE ASSIGNED VARIOUS HDGS TO FLY. WE RESPONDED; TFC; AS THAT WAS WHAT WAS INDICATED TO US BY A PREVIOUS CTLR PRIOR TO A HDOF. CONFIRMING ANY RWY CHANGES LAST MIN THAT; BEING RWY DEPENDENT; MIGHT NOT CONTAIN A FILED AND CLRED SID FROM A CHANGED RWY.
