Narrative:
Climbing out of atl on jogor RNAV SID; gunde transition near the mapee intersection; we were issued a climb clearance from 16000 ft to FL180. At approximately 17200 ft; ZTL issued a TA and asked us to maintain 17000 ft. I advised that we had already climbed through 17000 ft and he came back with maintain present altitude. We leveled about 17600 ft MSL. We noticed another aircraft on TCAS at FL180 and appeared to be climbing. ZTL issued a 30 degree vector to the apparent conflicting aircraft. No TCAS TA/a sounded. When clear; we continued climb and finished the flight with no other conflict.

Narrative: CLBING OUT OF ATL ON JOGOR RNAV SID; GUNDE TRANSITION NEAR THE MAPEE INTXN; WE WERE ISSUED A CLB CLRNC FROM 16000 FT TO FL180. AT APPROX 17200 FT; ZTL ISSUED A TA AND ASKED US TO MAINTAIN 17000 FT. I ADVISED THAT WE HAD ALREADY CLBED THROUGH 17000 FT AND HE CAME BACK WITH MAINTAIN PRESENT ALT. WE LEVELED ABOUT 17600 FT MSL. WE NOTICED ANOTHER ACFT ON TCAS AT FL180 AND APPEARED TO BE CLBING. ZTL ISSUED A 30 DEG VECTOR TO THE APPARENT CONFLICTING ACFT. NO TCAS TA/A SOUNDED. WHEN CLR; WE CONTINUED CLB AND FINISHED THE FLT WITH NO OTHER CONFLICT.
