Narrative:
During a fuel stop at bfl; I asked for instructions to taxi to self servicing fuel station at the airport. I taxied taxiway a; left on A1 with no incident. However; I was not able to make the fuel machine work; so I radioed ground and asked to taxi back to the fuel-truck station. I received the following taxi instructions 'aircraft X taxi A2 or A3 onto a and out on A5'. I proceed to taxi; however; I taxied onto A4. When I realized that was not taxiway A2/A3; ground radioed me and said I had crossed a restr area. The signs were not clear on the taxiway. Also; the mentioned restr area did not have any sign other than the markings on the ground. I was asked by security of my personal information; including name; address; driver license; and date of birth.callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that is was dark and he missed txwys A2 and A3 because of poor markings and lighting. When the ground controller called and stated that he was in a restr area he was surprised because he saw nothing indicating the area and only after the fact did he connect the red lines with the restr. Other than the red lines there was no signage indicating the restr on either the airport chart or on the taxiway itself.

Title: A PLT RPTS TAXIING ONTO A RESTR TXWY NEAR BFL'S CUSTOMS RAMP. THE RPTR CLAIMS THAT THE AREA IS NOT MARKED ON CHART; AND NO LIGHTED TXWY SIGNS ARE PRESENT.
Narrative: DURING A FUEL STOP AT BFL; I ASKED FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO TAXI TO SELF SERVICING FUEL STATION AT THE ARPT. I TAXIED TXWY A; L ON A1 WITH NO INCIDENT. HOWEVER; I WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE FUEL MACHINE WORK; SO I RADIOED GND AND ASKED TO TAXI BACK TO THE FUEL-TRUCK STATION. I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING TAXI INSTRUCTIONS 'ACFT X TAXI A2 OR A3 ONTO A AND OUT ON A5'. I PROCEED TO TAXI; HOWEVER; I TAXIED ONTO A4. WHEN I REALIZED THAT WAS NOT TXWY A2/A3; GND RADIOED ME AND SAID I HAD CROSSED A RESTR AREA. THE SIGNS WERE NOT CLR ON THE TXWY. ALSO; THE MENTIONED RESTR AREA DID NOT HAVE ANY SIGN OTHER THAN THE MARKINGS ON THE GND. I WAS ASKED BY SECURITY OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION; INCLUDING NAME; ADDRESS; DRIVER LICENSE; AND DATE OF BIRTH.CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT IS WAS DARK AND HE MISSED TXWYS A2 AND A3 BECAUSE OF POOR MARKINGS AND LIGHTING. WHEN THE GND CTLR CALLED AND STATED THAT HE WAS IN A RESTR AREA HE WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE HE SAW NOTHING INDICATING THE AREA AND ONLY AFTER THE FACT DID HE CONNECT THE RED LINES WITH THE RESTR. OTHER THAN THE RED LINES THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE INDICATING THE RESTR ON EITHER THE ARPT CHART OR ON THE TXWY ITSELF.
