Narrative:
Taxiing out from the ramp at sarasota/bradenton airport I was given instruction from ground control to taxi txwys a; B; hold short runway 14/32. I missed taxiway B and turned on to runway 4/22; and held short of runway 14/32. Ground control then gave instructions to cross runway 14/32 and taxi taxiway C to runway 14. I do not know why the first officer did not back me up. This was the last leg of a 4 day trip that turned out to be 26 hours. I was mentally fatigued; I had hit a wall; mentally. There were no planes taking off or landing on runway 4/22. There were no flashing yellow hold short lights for runway 4/22; if there had been; I probably would have stopped short of the runway; and not had a runway incursion. Overall I feel strongly that fatigue was the main reason for this incursion.
