Narrative:
Tanks were topped off prior to departure. Almost 3 hours were burned from the auxiliary tanks. I switched to main tanks approximately 30 mins prior to arrival. At that time; the left main showed full and right main just above 3/4. For the next 30 mins; the left main continued to show full. Approximately 2 mi out; the left engine ran erratic. I shut down the engine; feathered propeller; and emergency landed downwind without incident. There was 1.2 hours of fuel remaining after fueling; all on the right. The left vents were all found to be obstructed. A fuel leak was found in left tanks.
