Narrative:
Upon deplaning passenger in bos; maintenance technician advised there was a hole in the right engine's outboard cowling. Initial inspection on ramp indicated anti-ice tubing separated from compressor section and punched hole in cowling.

Title: AN MD80 PILOT WAS INFORMED BY MAINT AT ARRIVAL GATE THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE RIGHT ENG OUTBOARD COWLING.
Narrative: UPON DEPLANING PAX IN BOS; MAINT TECHNICIAN ADVISED THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE R ENG'S OUTBOARD COWLING. INITIAL INSPECTION ON RAMP INDICATED ANTI-ICE TUBING SEPARATED FROM COMPRESSOR SECTION AND PUNCHED HOLE IN COWLING.
