Narrative:
Controller ask us to descend quickly to a crossing altitude. We started the descent when we had a complete wing deice failure. Since we were in snow; we ran the deice fail checklist. We advised ATC that we would not be able to make the crossing restr and that we would need priority to the airport due to icing.
