Narrative:

Departed uncontrolled airport which was NOTAM'd closed due to runway conditions earlier. Earlier runway had been covered with ice and snow and runway was NOTAM'd closed. At the time of departure the sun had melted the ice and snow off the runway and the runway was only wet. This occurred on a weekend and the airport manager had not yet removed the NOTAM. I only checked the WX on-line and tsa NOTAM's but did not check the airport NOTAM's due to familiarity with the airport. The unicom was not monitored nor; is it normally monitored. The airport was unattended at the time. WX conditions at the time were clear; light winds; and visibility unlimited. The sun had melted the ice and snow from the runway.
