Narrative:
Shortly after intercepting the GS the left and right pfd's lost localizer and GS information. At that time a terrain alert came on; the PF executed a terrain alert recovery. Tower was unsure of the missed approach reasons and kept calling during the maneuver. The PF was climbing at a high rate; and while PNF was reconfiguring the airplane; we went through the missed approach altitude; 3000 ft instead of 1500 ft. We rapidly realized the error; and started descending; ny approach told us to maintain 2000 ft.

Narrative: SHORTLY AFTER INTERCEPTING THE GS THE L AND R PFD'S LOST LOC AND GS INFO. AT THAT TIME A TERRAIN ALERT CAME ON; THE PF EXECUTED A TERRAIN ALERT RECOVERY. TWR WAS UNSURE OF THE MISSED APCH REASONS AND KEPT CALLING DURING THE MANEUVER. THE PF WAS CLBING AT A HIGH RATE; AND WHILE PNF WAS RECONFIGURING THE AIRPLANE; WE WENT THROUGH THE MISSED APCH ALT; 3000 FT INSTEAD OF 1500 FT. WE RAPIDLY REALIZED THE ERROR; AND STARTED DSNDING; NY APCH TOLD US TO MAINTAIN 2000 FT.
