Narrative:

I was working RA; aircraft #1 checks on; is descended to FL230. Aircraft #2 checks on and is descended to FL220. Aircraft #2 reports moderate turbulence. I went to get a PIREP form; filled it out and turned it in to my supervisor. When I sat back down; the radar controller asked for an altitude report from aircraft #2. I missed the 1-2 mins leading up to the proximity event.
