Narrative:
We were flying the glasr 7 approach into seattle cleared to cross the jaksn intersection at 250 KTS 12000 ft. We programmed the FMS for this arrival and noted that no further points were depicted on the map display. Looking at the printed approach plate; the points of woods and hethr were absent from the FMS data and not shown as a continuation of the glasr 7 approach. Upon our arrival at jaksn; we requested vectors for the arrival sequence to sea; landing runway 16C. We were told to fly the remaining portion of the approach (woods and hethr) which were not depicted on the map display. I again requested a vector and received a 180 degree vector for routing around a storm cell over the airport approach corridor. The rest of the approach around the WX and landing was non-eventful.

Title: A B767 CLRED ON THE SEA GLASR 7 ARR DID NOT HAVE WAYPOINTS AFTER JAKSN INTXN IN THE FMS.
Narrative: WE WERE FLYING THE GLASR 7 APCH INTO SEATTLE CLRED TO CROSS THE JAKSN INTXN AT 250 KTS 12000 FT. WE PROGRAMMED THE FMS FOR THIS ARR AND NOTED THAT NO FURTHER POINTS WERE DEPICTED ON THE MAP DISPLAY. LOOKING AT THE PRINTED APCH PLATE; THE POINTS OF WOODS AND HETHR WERE ABSENT FROM THE FMS DATA AND NOT SHOWN AS A CONTINUATION OF THE GLASR 7 APCH. UPON OUR ARR AT JAKSN; WE REQUESTED VECTORS FOR THE ARR SEQUENCE TO SEA; LNDG RWY 16C. WE WERE TOLD TO FLY THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE APCH (WOODS AND HETHR) WHICH WERE NOT DEPICTED ON THE MAP DISPLAY. I AGAIN REQUESTED A VECTOR AND RECEIVED A 180 DEG VECTOR FOR ROUTING AROUND A STORM CELL OVER THE ARPT APCH CORRIDOR. THE REST OF THE APCH AROUND THE WX AND LNDG WAS NON-EVENTFUL.
