Narrative:
Previously debriefed about a year ago. Current MMMX airport diagram page fails to depict taxiway aa which is an approach end extension of runway 5R. After my first debrief of this commercial chart co did manage to correctly depict the taxiway; but I see they have dropped it out again. In my previous debrief I mention almost taxiing through taxiway aa one night last year when it was not shown on my airport page that night. Sets up for a runway incursion.callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that on a night taxi to runway 5R his crew was told to hold short of taxiway aa approaching runway 5R. The crew saw no aa taxiway and mistook taxiway A4 for aa while reading the chart in a dark cockpit. Not seeing taxiway aa at the approach end of runway 5R could have caused a taxiway incursion at the approach end of that runway on taxiway A1 since a pilot may not know that it exists.

Title: AN ACR PLT NOTES THAT THE COMMERCIAL CHART FOR THE MMMX ARPT DOES NOT DEPICT TXWY AA AT THE APCH END OF RWY 5R BETWEEN TXWYS A AND A4.
Narrative: PREVIOUSLY DEBRIEFED ABOUT A YEAR AGO. CURRENT MMMX ARPT DIAGRAM PAGE FAILS TO DEPICT TXWY AA WHICH IS AN APCH END EXTENSION OF RWY 5R. AFTER MY FIRST DEBRIEF OF THIS COMMERCIAL CHART CO DID MANAGE TO CORRECTLY DEPICT THE TXWY; BUT I SEE THEY HAVE DROPPED IT OUT AGAIN. IN MY PREVIOUS DEBRIEF I MENTION ALMOST TAXIING THROUGH TXWY AA ONE NIGHT LAST YEAR WHEN IT WAS NOT SHOWN ON MY ARPT PAGE THAT NIGHT. SETS UP FOR A RWY INCURSION.CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT ON A NIGHT TAXI TO RWY 5R HIS CREW WAS TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY AA APCHING RWY 5R. THE CREW SAW NO AA TXWY AND MISTOOK TXWY A4 FOR AA WHILE READING THE CHART IN A DARK COCKPIT. NOT SEEING TXWY AA AT THE APCH END OF RWY 5R COULD HAVE CAUSED A TXWY INCURSION AT THE APCH END OF THAT RWY ON TXWY A1 SINCE A PLT MAY NOT KNOW THAT IT EXISTS.
