Title: Air carrier Captain reports that as of October 22 the commercial approach charts for JAC no longer contain an airport diagram.
Narrative: The commercial chart for the ILS 19 for JAC effective 22 Oct does not have the JAC airport diagram on the reverse side. Page says 'Intentionally Left Blank.' As of 22 Oct flights into JAC will be in violation or not authorized due to lack of up to date airport diagram in trip kits.
