Narrative:
Following a normal takeoff; on the command of the PF; I was asked to raise the gear. However; the gear handle was stuck in the down position. At that point; left and right reverser fault ECAM appeared. We also lost all FMA's and autoflt. At leveloff at 5000 ft; consultation with both dispatch and maintenance was initiated. Being unable to fix the problem; we decided to return to departure airport where an uneventful landing followed.
