Narrative:
Every cessna 152/172 at this flight school has continuous radio and transponder problems. The radios are extremely weak and scratchy. It takes 2-3 xmissions each time to communicate with these aircraft. We have informed the flight school numerous times about the radios; but the problems never get fixed. This is an extremely serious situation and needs to get fixed immediately before an accident happens.
