Narrative:
During approach into ZZZ airport; first officer flying aircraft. Captain looking outside for traffic we were told to follow. Flaps 1 degree selected (maximum 250 KIAS). While turning and descending; aircraft momentarily reached 262 KTS. Speed quickly reduced. Leading edge devices showed disagreement. Emergency declared. Eventually landed with flaps 20 degrees.

Narrative: DURING APCH INTO ZZZ ARPT; FO FLYING ACFT. CAPT LOOKING OUTSIDE FOR TFC WE WERE TOLD TO FOLLOW. FLAPS 1 DEG SELECTED (MAX 250 KIAS). WHILE TURNING AND DSNDING; ACFT MOMENTARILY REACHED 262 KTS. SPEED QUICKLY REDUCED. LEADING EDGE DEVICES SHOWED DISAGREEMENT. EMER DECLARED. EVENTUALLY LANDED WITH FLAPS 20 DEGS.
