Narrative:
The staff specialist put in the read-and-initial binder that the routing from sav to ags is direct; which contradicts the NOTAM which states sav stage 3 ags the staff special. Mr X has no radar experience and has never worked sav radar and no supervisor or atm has corrected it.

Title: SAV CTLR VOICED CONCERN REGARDING DEP ROUTING DISCREPANCY BETWEEN FAC INFO AND THAT CONTAINED IN LCL NOTAM.
