Narrative:

Departed clt runway 36L on hornet departure. The required turn to 330 degrees was not in database and I missed it. We continued flying 003 degrees until given a heading of 330 degrees by departure control. No traffic conflict occurred. Rushed cockpit/departure preparation; conflict resolution issues with passenger problems and complacency caused me to miss the fact that a required turn in the departure was not in the FMGC database.
