Narrative:
I departed ZZZ and flew VFR to ZZZ1 and attempted landing. I hit something on the ground about 20 ft after the beginning of the runway and took off immediately. The gear did not retract; the main gear stayed down. I tried to recycle gear without success and proceeded to ZZZ2 where I landed. The front gear either collapsed or did not extend. Nobody was injured and the plane was removed from runway; customs cleared.
