Narrative:
Airbus departed mem airport. He was an eastbound departure. He contacted me on west departure and I xferred him to the east departure controller. There was almost a midair collision at mem airport several weeks ago because of the same problem.

Narrative: AIRBUS DEPARTED MEM ARPT. HE WAS AN EBOUND DEP. HE CONTACTED ME ON W DEP AND I XFERRED HIM TO THE E DEP CTLR. THERE WAS ALMOST A MIDAIR COLLISION AT MEM ARPT SEVERAL WKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE SAME PROB.
