Narrative:
Received call from pilot that they smelled a burning smell in the cockpit and that the flight attendant smelled it in the cabin as well. Crew requested to divert to ZZZ. Notified supervisor and they agreed. Flight did not declare an emergency but notified ATC and they had fire trucks meet aircraft. Aircraft landed safely without any further problems.

Title: SF340 FLT CREW DIVERTS DUE TO FUMES IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN AS REPORTED BY THE DISPATCHER INVOLVED.
Narrative: RECEIVED CALL FROM PLT THAT THEY SMELLED A BURNING SMELL IN THE COCKPIT AND THAT THE FLT ATTENDANT SMELLED IT IN THE CABIN AS WELL. CREW REQUESTED TO DIVERT TO ZZZ. NOTIFIED SUPVR AND THEY AGREED. FLT DID NOT DECLARE AN EMER BUT NOTIFIED ATC AND THEY HAD FIRE TRUCKS MEET ACFT. ACFT LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER PROBS.
