Iad ATCT order 7110.176E became effective at iad ATCT. #8 is a concern which states: 8) local control awareness. The following procedures were developed to assist the local controller in maintaining situational awareness. Local control shall a) utilize the appropriate strip bay header to reflect the current tiph status of each runway. Dulles tower does not have bay headers to reflect the current tiph status of each runway.

Narrative: IAD ATCT ORDER 7110.176E BECAME EFFECTIVE AT IAD ATCT. #8 IS A CONCERN WHICH STATES: 8) LCL CTL AWARENESS.
