Narrative:
The pushback driver has little or no SOP skills. After pushback; I noticed the aircraft stop. I waited for the command to set brakes. It never came. The next thing I heard was the tow bar hit the ground and the aircraft start to roll. I immediately hit the brakes and asked if he wanted the brakes set. All I got was I'm disconnecting. This is a great way to kill someone.
