Narrative:
Normal preflight; taxi; and takeoff. Gear up call: first officer raised gear; got 'gear disagreement' warning. Right main showed down. Upon running QRH; we got 'right ejector pump failed.' checked fuel page 'yellow' from pump to engine. No fuel imbal. QRH complete for fuel. Finished QRH for gear; checked fuel page again 'no flow' (blank) from pump to engine. No abnormal engine indications. Declared emergency for gear. We were 3 down and locked (precautionary). Uneventful landing by captain. Taxi into line; crash crew said we were leaking a lot of fluid under airplane. First officer checked -- it was fuel. We couldn't shut off 'right fuel pump' except by shutting off all power to plane. ATC was great. Vectors in a big box pattern to handle emergency. Straight-in to land. Excellent CRM for whole crew. Maintenance determined failed up-lock coupling and when retracted; the cylinder/shaft severed some fuel lines.
