Narrative:
The incident occurred at dvt (deer valley airport) during run-up/takeoff operations. Incident aircraft was positioned at runway 7R and contacted tower to notify that he was ready for departure. 'Deer valley tower; cessna XXXX; at C2; ready for departure.' 'cessna XXX; hold short 7R; landing traffic.' 'deer valley tower; holding short 7R.' after reading back command from tower; pilot readied GPS for flight. During this process; he inadvertently relaxed pressure on brakes causing aircraft to roll across the 'hold short' line. Tower immediately contacted aircraft to reaffirm hold short. Pilot responded and waited for further instructions from tower. During incursion; tower communicated to incoming; landing aircraft to 'go around' and the landing aircraft complied. After landing aircraft was clear; tower informed pilot 'clear for takeoff; straight out.' pilot complied with instructions and proceeded to take off without further incident.

Title: C172 PLT INADVERTENTLY CROSSED RWY HOLD LINE WHILE MANIPULATING THE GPS.
Narrative: THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AT DVT (DEER VALLEY ARPT) DURING RUN-UP/TKOF OPS. INCIDENT ACFT WAS POSITIONED AT RWY 7R AND CONTACTED TWR TO NOTIFY THAT HE WAS READY FOR DEP. 'DEER VALLEY TWR; CESSNA XXXX; AT C2; READY FOR DEP.' 'CESSNA XXX; HOLD SHORT 7R; LNDG TFC.' 'DEER VALLEY TWR; HOLDING SHORT 7R.' AFTER READING BACK COMMAND FROM TWR; PLT READIED GPS FOR FLT. DURING THIS PROCESS; HE INADVERTENTLY RELAXED PRESSURE ON BRAKES CAUSING ACFT TO ROLL ACROSS THE 'HOLD SHORT' LINE. TWR IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED ACFT TO REAFFIRM HOLD SHORT. PLT RESPONDED AND WAITED FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM TWR. DURING INCURSION; TWR COMMUNICATED TO INCOMING; LNDG ACFT TO 'GO AROUND' AND THE LNDG ACFT COMPLIED. AFTER LNDG ACFT WAS CLR; TWR INFORMED PLT 'CLR FOR TKOF; STRAIGHT OUT.' PLT COMPLIED WITH INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEEDED TO TAKE OFF WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
