Narrative:
I was told by a company supervisor that my fatigue on this flight was determined an 'unexcused fatigue' and that the airline wasn't responsible for it. I believe that the airline had some responsibility by creating an unusually long duty day. I am filing this report because I disagree with the decision about my fatigue. For reference; the scheduled duty day started at XA45 and was to end at XI28 (local time); after flying from ZZZ1 to lih. Upon arrival in lih; the crew desk informed the flight attendants that they were drafted immediately and without rest to work the flight back to ZZZ2. At the time I was drafted to work; I was extremely tired and felt low blood sugar. My decision to declare fatigue was based on my evaluation of my health and professional abilities. I had not slept well prior to my flight but knew that after the flight from ZZZ1 to lih that I would have rest at my layover hotel. As the purser; I am responsible for the safety of passenger and flight crew. Our flight was delayed leaving ZZZ1. Due to a mechanical and we arrived late into lih. It was a full flight and all crew members had a full workload and I was anticipating quality rest at lih.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT WORKING A B757-200 FROM THE MAINLAND TO LIH WAS INFORMED ON ARRIVAL THAT SHE WAS TO RETURN TO THE MAINLAND WITHOUT A REST PERIOD. THE FLT ATTENDANT NOTIFIED THE AIRLINE THAT SHE WAS TOO FATIGUED TO WORK BACK.
Narrative: I WAS TOLD BY A COMPANY SUPVR THAT MY FATIGUE ON THIS FLT WAS DETERMINED AN 'UNEXCUSED FATIGUE' AND THAT THE AIRLINE WASN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. I BELIEVE THAT THE AIRLINE HAD SOME RESPONSIBILITY BY CREATING AN UNUSUALLY LONG DUTY DAY. I AM FILING THIS RPT BECAUSE I DISAGREE WITH THE DECISION ABOUT MY FATIGUE. FOR REF; THE SCHEDULED DUTY DAY STARTED AT XA45 AND WAS TO END AT XI28 (LCL TIME); AFTER FLYING FROM ZZZ1 TO LIH. UPON ARR IN LIH; THE CREW DESK INFORMED THE FLT ATTENDANTS THAT THEY WERE DRAFTED IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT REST TO WORK THE FLT BACK TO ZZZ2. AT THE TIME I WAS DRAFTED TO WORK; I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED AND FELT LOW BLOOD SUGAR. MY DECISION TO DECLARE FATIGUE WAS BASED ON MY EVALUATION OF MY HEALTH AND PROFESSIONAL ABILITIES. I HAD NOT SLEPT WELL PRIOR TO MY FLT BUT KNEW THAT AFTER THE FLT FROM ZZZ1 TO LIH THAT I WOULD HAVE REST AT MY LAYOVER HOTEL. AS THE PURSER; I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF PAX AND FLT CREW. OUR FLT WAS DELAYED LEAVING ZZZ1. DUE TO A MECHANICAL AND WE ARRIVED LATE INTO LIH. IT WAS A FULL FLT AND ALL CREW MEMBERS HAD A FULL WORKLOAD AND I WAS ANTICIPATING QUALITY REST AT LIH.
