Narrative:
Arrived at ZZZ1 after 30 mins of uneventful flight. Selected gear down abeam landing point. Checked gear after a few seconds and noted that the nose gear light was not illuminated (unsafe lights were not illuminated either). Advised ZZZ1 tower of abnormal gear indication and proceeded to a 10 mi point north the airport to comply with beechcraft abnormal gear procedure. The gear is the mechanical type which requires disengaging the gear motor and pumping down the gear. Complied with the procedure. Light still did not illuminate; so I recovered to ZZZ2. En route ZZZ2; the nose gear light illuminated; and approach and landing were uneventful. ZZZ1 tower and approach provided assistance. The shift supervisor at approach contacted my flight operations. Postflt inspection did not indicate the source of the malfunction. Airplane was grounded and will be inspected and corrected before next flight.

Title: PLT OF BE20 EXPERIENCES FAILURE OF NOSE GEAR TO EXTEND COMPLETELY. SUBSEQUENT TO FOLLOWING PRESCRIBED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES GEARS EXTENDS COMPLETELY.
Narrative: ARRIVED AT ZZZ1 AFTER 30 MINS OF UNEVENTFUL FLT. SELECTED GEAR DOWN ABEAM LNDG POINT. CHKED GEAR AFTER A FEW SECONDS AND NOTED THAT THE NOSE GEAR LIGHT WAS NOT ILLUMINATED (UNSAFE LIGHTS WERE NOT ILLUMINATED EITHER). ADVISED ZZZ1 TWR OF ABNORMAL GEAR INDICATION AND PROCEEDED TO A 10 MI POINT NORTH THE ARPT TO COMPLY WITH BEECHCRAFT ABNORMAL GEAR PROC. THE GEAR IS THE MECHANICAL TYPE WHICH REQUIRES DISENGAGING THE GEAR MOTOR AND PUMPING DOWN THE GEAR. COMPLIED WITH THE PROC. LIGHT STILL DID NOT ILLUMINATE; SO I RECOVERED TO ZZZ2. ENRTE ZZZ2; THE NOSE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED; AND APCH AND LNDG WERE UNEVENTFUL. ZZZ1 TWR AND APCH PROVIDED ASSISTANCE. THE SHIFT SUPVR AT APCH CONTACTED MY FLT OPS. POSTFLT INSPECTION DID NOT INDICATE THE SOURCE OF THE MALFUNCTION. AIRPLANE WAS GNDED AND WILL BE INSPECTED AND CORRECTED BEFORE NEXT FLT.
