Narrative:
The #4 engine flamed out while climbing through FL350. The in-flight engine flameout checklist was accomplished and we elected to attempt an in-flight engine restart at FL220 per the checklist. It did not restart. Elected to continue to ZZZ after conferring with my dispatcher. Normal landing. Asked for equipment to make sure that everything was in line with our engine instruments; ie; no engine damage. Decided to err on the side of safety. No emergency was declared. Landed with 17.9 pounds of fuel. Approximately 1000 pounds more than planned. I applaud my crew and ATC.
