Narrative:

At 52n30w manually logged onto eggx via cpdlc. 10 mins later; we received a cpdlc clearance to climb from FL380 to FL390. Accepted clearance and executed climb to FL390. Sent lvl report via cpdlc. 5 mins later eggx called via SELCAL and informed us that the clearance was for another aircraft. They asked us if we wanted to remain at FL390 and we said yes. ATC verbally gave clearance to remain at FL390. Printed copy of original cpdlc message to climb to FL390 was; in fact; addressed to our aircraft.
