Narrative:
During approach to runway; flaps stuck at just over 15 degrees (30 degrees planned). Went missed approach; declared emergency with ATC; and ran appropriate QRH procedure. Subsequently landed uneventfully with flaps 15 degrees (and leading edge flaps extended). Left flap handle in 30 degree position with stuck flap condition at shutdown.
