Narrative:
Flight attendant informed me that all lavatories were filling up with one in coach overflowing. Controling dispatcher notified by ACARS who coordination with maintenance control. Within 1 hour; all coach lavatories were overfull and blocked off. The first class lavatory was rapidly approaching overflow. With coordination with the dispatcher; the decision was made to divert to ZZZ as an unsanitary condition now existed with over 3 hours of flight time remaining. The flight was svced at ZZZ and proceeded to the original destination arriving 44 mins late. We believe that all lavatories were not dumped and/or oversvced in europe. The possibilities of a leak in the lavatory system and a problem with the lavatory servicing system also existed. Review lavatory servicing procedures with ground personnel. As there is no waste level gauge on the B757 it is next to impossible for the crew to identify an oversvced or potential overflow condition.
