Narrative:
Ground control issued instructions after exiting the runway to taxi via txwys E5; F; F5; and east. The captain mistakenly continued to taxi onto taxiway E5 then right turn onto taxiway east; whereupon the ground controller reissued instructions to continue via taxiway F5; then taxiway F to ramp area. I believe the pudong airport should publish standard taxi rtes; much like narita airport does in japan. The poor english spoken by the controller; along with the high level of fatigue felt by our crew were contributing factors to our mistake. Future arrs will require increased scrutiny of any instructions by controllers.
