Narrative:
While taxiing to runway 02R for departure; the captain crossed the hold short line due to the great distance remaining between the aircraft and the flashing wig-wag lights adjacent to the runway. The hold short line is at least 70 ft from the lights prior the runway. The airport should re-paint the hold short line to keep in line with standardized airport configurations. There is no information or NOTAM regarding the hold short line distance to the runway; and it is very easy to assume that the line is painted closer to the runway.
