Narrative:
This is the second consecutive evening this has occurred: captain continued past hold short line due to the abnormal distance between the painted line and the runway threshold. Raised wig-wag lights adjacent to the runway are visible; and so the captain continued to taxi up to the lights assuming that the hold short line was painted in conjunction with the lights. The airport should re-paint the hold short line for runway 02R closer to the threshold as is standard at other airports.

Title: ACR FO REPORTS HOLD LINE FOR RWY 2R ON TXWY F7 AT RPLC IS ABNORMALLY DISTANT FROM THE RWY; CAUSING INCURSIONS.
Narrative: THIS IS THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE EVENING THIS HAS OCCURRED: CAPTAIN CONTINUED PAST HOLD SHORT LINE DUE TO THE ABNORMAL DISTANCE BETWEEN THE PAINTED LINE AND THE RUNWAY THRESHOLD.
