Noticed at 9000 ft that speed was 300 KTS. Quickly leveled off and slowed to 250 KTS. No notification by ATC. Possible factors include 2 runway changes around 10000 ft and third duty period in approximately 24 hours.

Title: A320 CAPTAIN REPORTS FAILURE TO REDUCE TO 250 KTS BEFORE DESCENDING BELOW 10000 FT.
Narrative: NOTICED AT 9000 FT THAT SPD WAS 300 KTS. QUICKLY LEVELED OFF AND SLOWED TO 250 KTS. NO NOTIFICATION BY ATC. POSSIBLE FACTORS INCLUDE 2 RWY CHANGES AROUND 10000 FT AND THIRD DUTY PERIOD IN APPROX 24 HRS.
