Narrative:
B737 landing runway 30L and BE35 landing runway 29. Both aircraft were advised of each other and each aircraft acknowledged the correct runway assignment when cleared to land. The BE35 turned final right behind the B737 and lined up to land runway 30L. I immediately advised the BE35 he was lined up on the wrong runway and the BE35 corrected and landed runway 29. From the tower it looked as though these 2 aircraft were going to hit and I can only imagine the wake turbulence the BE35 encountered. This was as close as I have seen in a very long time.
