Narrative:
During preflight; we reviewed our flight plan which showed a filed route to ZZZ of FWA3 fwa dct vhp dct bwg ....ZZZ. We received our pre departure clearance; which showed us -cleared as filed- dtw FWA3 fwa vhp bwg .... The pre departure clearance further stated ft wayne three/ ctc departure 125.52 maintenance 10000 ft. After takeoff; when we first contacted departure control; departure told us to turn left and intercept the 202 radial to cavvs. The fwa departure is on the 217 radial so this immediately got our attention. I queried departure about our route; and was told it was rid departure watertown; V467 rid iiu bwg... He spit the route out so quickly that I had to ask him to repeat it. I told departure we had a pre departure clearance in hand which stated the FWA3 fwa.....ZZZ. Departure then told us to expect radar vectors to cavvs then the route he had given us. I don't know how a mistake like this is made; but I kept all the paperwork from this flight; and there is no mistake about what was on our flight plan and pre departure clearance. During taxi out is usually when you would hear from ATC about a re-route; but nothing was said to us.

Title: ACR FLT CREW RECEIVED A PDC WHICH INDICATED THAT THE FLT WAS CLEARED AS FILED. AFTER TKOF; ATC INDICATED THAT THEY HAD EXPECTED THE FLT TO BE NAVIGATING A DIFFERENT SID AND ROUTE.
Narrative: DURING PREFLIGHT; WE REVIEWED OUR FLIGHT PLAN WHICH SHOWED A FILED ROUTE TO ZZZ OF FWA3 FWA DCT VHP DCT BWG ....ZZZ. WE RECEIVED OUR PDC; WHICH SHOWED US -CLEARED AS FILED- DTW FWA3 FWA VHP BWG .... THE PDC FURTHER STATED FT WAYNE THREE/ CTC DEPARTURE 125.52 MAINT 10000 FT. I TOLD DEPARTURE WE HAD A PDC IN HAND WHICH STATED THE FWA3 FWA.....ZZZ. DEPARTURE THEN TOLD US TO EXPECT RADAR VECTORS TO CAVVS THEN THE ROUTE HE HAD GIVEN US. I DON'T KNOW HOW A MISTAKE LIKE THIS IS MADE; BUT I KEPT ALL THE PAPERWORK FROM THIS FLIGHT; AND THERE IS NO MISTAKE ABOUT WHAT WAS ON OUR FLIGHT PLAN AND PDC. DURING TAXI OUT IS USUALLY WHEN YOU WOULD HEAR FROM ATC ABOUT A RE-ROUTE; BUT NOTHING WAS SAID TO US.
