Narrative:
We were flying the eldee arrival in dca. The NOTAM had numerous changes which included changing crossing restrs and deleting some waypoints. Druzz intersection had an expect to cross at 15000 ft which we were issued; then 7.1 miles later there is 'cross at 15000 ft' at revue intersection which we had inadvertently deleted. After crossing druzz we were issued the clearance 'descend via the eldee arrival.' we started our descent shortly after druzz to make the next restr and were advised that we were supposed to cross revue at 15000 ft.supplemental information from acn 791283: there is a NOTAM to this arrival that deletes some crossings. Revue was taken out of the flight plan by mistake along with confusion with two crossing restrs that have the same altitude; one an expect and another hard crossing. No apparent traffic conflict.

Title: AN ACR FLT CREW INBND TO DCA ON THE ELDEE ARR; WHICH HAD BEEN CHANGED BY NOTAM; MISSED A CROSSING RESTR BECAUSE THEY DELETED A FIX IN ERROR.
Narrative: WE WERE FLYING THE ELDEE ARR IN DCA. THE NOTAM HAD NUMEROUS CHANGES WHICH INCLUDED CHANGING CROSSING RESTRS AND DELETING SOME WAYPOINTS. DRUZZ INTXN HAD AN EXPECT TO CROSS AT 15000 FT WHICH WE WERE ISSUED; THEN 7.1 MILES LATER THERE IS 'CROSS AT 15000 FT' AT REVUE INTXN WHICH WE HAD INADVERTENTLY DELETED. AFTER CROSSING DRUZZ WE WERE ISSUED THE CLRNC 'DSND VIA THE ELDEE ARR.' WE STARTED OUR DSCNT SHORTLY AFTER DRUZZ TO MAKE THE NEXT RESTR AND WERE ADVISED THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO CROSS REVUE AT 15000 FT.SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 791283: THERE IS A NOTAM TO THIS ARR THAT DELETES SOME CROSSINGS. REVUE WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE FLT PLAN BY MISTAKE ALONG WITH CONFUSION WITH TWO CROSSING RESTRS THAT HAVE THE SAME ALT; ONE AN EXPECT AND ANOTHER HARD CROSSING. NO APPARENT TFC CONFLICT.
