Narrative:
While en route to dca; both the captain and I were reviewing the NOTAMS for the eldee three arrival into dca on our flight release. The NOTAMS instructed us to change certain altitudes on the arrival. I read off the new altitudes as listed on the NOTAM to the captain and he entered them into the FMS. During the programming of the FMS; one of our crossing restrictions on the eldee three arrival had been accidentally deleted. We were cleared by potomac approach to descend via the eldee three arrival in dca; the captain began to descend the aircraft to comply with the altitude restrictions on the approach. After passing the druzz intersection at 15000 ft; the captain began to descend the aircraft to the next crossing restriction; at approximately 14500 ft; potomac approach informed us that we should be crossing the revue intersection at 15000 ft. The captain immediately stopped the descent and proceeded to climb the aircraft back to the initial altitude of 15000 ft. After passing the revue intersection at 15000 ft we proceeded to descend on the eldee three arrival and land at dca without incident.

Title: CRJ700 FLT CREW DESCENDS EARLY ON THE ELDEE3 ARRIVAL TO DCA; CITING NOTAM CHANGES TO CROSSING RESTRICTIONS AS A FACTOR.
Narrative: WHILE ENRTE TO DCA; BOTH THE CAPTAIN AND I WERE REVIEWING THE NOTAMS FOR THE ELDEE THREE ARRIVAL INTO DCA ON OUR FLIGHT RELEASE.
