Narrative:
While making a right turn from taxiway C onto taxiway east at ZZZ; my student remarked that the plane would only turn left. I realized the plane was WX vaning and told him to let the plane turn into the wind. After the plane WX vaned; a strong gust of wind came from the left lifting up the left wingtip. I grabbed the controls and made sure there was full aileron correction to the left. The wind continued to lift the plane until the propeller and right wingtip struck the ground.
