Narrative:

Plane took off from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2 at XA10 central. At XB30 central plane took off from ZZZ2 with pilot and 1 passenger and full fuel for ZZZ. Over ZZZ3 an IFR clearance was picked up due to scattered clouds. We then climbed from 5500 ft to 7000 ft. We were cleared down to 3000 ft and told to stay there until about 7 mi from airport. On descent after that gear was extended (lever moved) and flaps were put in at same time to increase drag to help us descend. It went unnoticed that gear did not actually come down because drag was felt from flaps being put in at the same time and the plane showed 3 green on the gear lights. We floated longer than normal on the runway; but at the time thought it was due to close proximity to sea level not because the gear was not locked down. Also never heard a warning horn for the flaps being in without the gear. The time of the landing was XE30 central. The plane touched down softly and skidded to a stop on runway. Once stopped plane was shut down and pilot and passenger exited the plane through the doors as normal. Do not know what caused the problem. Have never had gear problems before. The only thing I feel would have prevented it would have been to land at a controled airport.

Title: A BE-36 PILOT LANDED GEAR UP.

Narrative: PLANE TOOK OFF FROM ZZZ1 TO ZZZ2 AT XA10 CENTRAL. AT XB30 CENTRAL PLANE TOOK OFF FROM ZZZ2 WITH PLT AND 1 PAX AND FULL FUEL FOR ZZZ. OVER ZZZ3 AN IFR CLRNC WAS PICKED UP DUE TO SCATTERED CLOUDS. WE THEN CLBED FROM 5500 FT TO 7000 FT. WE WERE CLRED DOWN TO 3000 FT AND TOLD TO STAY THERE UNTIL ABOUT 7 MI FROM ARPT. ON DSCNT AFTER THAT GEAR WAS EXTENDED (LEVER MOVED) AND FLAPS WERE PUT IN AT SAME TIME TO INCREASE DRAG TO HELP US DSND. IT WENT UNNOTICED THAT GEAR DID NOT ACTUALLY COME DOWN BECAUSE DRAG WAS FELT FROM FLAPS BEING PUT IN AT THE SAME TIME AND THE PLANE SHOWED 3 GREEN ON THE GEAR LIGHTS. WE FLOATED LONGER THAN NORMAL ON THE RWY; BUT AT THE TIME THOUGHT IT WAS DUE TO CLOSE PROX TO SEA LEVEL NOT BECAUSE THE GEAR WAS NOT LOCKED DOWN. ALSO NEVER HEARD A WARNING HORN FOR THE FLAPS BEING IN WITHOUT THE GEAR. THE TIME OF THE LNDG WAS XE30 CENTRAL. THE PLANE TOUCHED DOWN SOFTLY AND SKIDDED TO A STOP ON RWY. ONCE STOPPED PLANE WAS SHUT DOWN AND PLT AND PAX EXITED THE PLANE THROUGH THE DOORS AS NORMAL. DO NOT KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE PROB. HAVE NEVER HAD GEAR PROBS BEFORE. THE ONLY THING I FEEL WOULD HAVE PREVENTED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TO LAND AT A CTLED ARPT.
