Narrative:
Flight from ZZZZ to ZZZ1 reported engine vibration above 3.0 on the left engine. Per our maintenance manual above 2.5 is considered abnormal. After speaking to the inbound crew vibration was felt in the rudder pedals; yoke and the throttles and then I refused aircraft for my flight to ZZZ2. After I refused flight I was being pressured by management; maintenance to fly aircraft to ZZZ2.
